Host: the platform is hosted by Base44 / Wix, whose servers may be located in several countries. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws applicable in the user's country.

Prolyo is a platform connecting clients seeking home services (cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping) with providers offering these services. Prolyo is not a party to the service contract concluded between the client and the provider.

Sign-up: the user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Creating an account implies acceptance of these Terms and the privacy policy.

Use: the user shall refrain from any fraudulent, defamatory or unlawful use. Contact details shared after an offer is accepted must not be used for unlawful purposes or unsolicited solicitation.

Accounts: Prolyo may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of the Terms or fraudulent behavior.

Price: the service rate is freely proposed by the provider and accepted by the client (“bidding model”). The price is expressed in the currency agreed between the parties and applicable in the provider's country.

Commission: Prolyo collects service fees on the service rendered, billed online via Base44 Payments. The balance (service and, where applicable, grocery amount) is paid directly to the provider (cash or transfer).

Grocery shopping: the actual grocery amount is reimbursed to the provider upon presentation of a receipt; Prolyo charges no commission on the grocery amount.

Payment: the commission is paid online. The service and groceries are paid directly to the provider, outside the platform.

Withdrawal / dispute: requests relating to the execution of the service must be addressed directly to the provider. In case of persistent disagreement, the competent courts have sole jurisdiction.

• Free withdrawal at any time as long as no offer has been accepted.
• After acceptance, at least 24 hours' notice is recommended for both client and provider.
• The Prolyo commission is refunded within 14 business days if the service is not performed.
• Force majeure cases (weather, illness, administrative constraint) exempt from liability, provided the other party is informed without delay.

A user may withdraw a request at any time. As Prolyo is not a party to the service contract, cancellation is governed by the terms below, which apply without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.

By the client: the client may withdraw a request as long as no offer has been accepted, at no cost. After an offer is accepted, cancellation must be notified to the provider as soon as possible; at least 24 hours' notice before the service is recommended. The client remains liable for any costs agreed directly with the provider (travel, equipment).

By the provider: the provider may withdraw an offer before it is accepted. Once accepted, any withdrawal must be notified to the client as soon as possible, with at least 24 hours' notice, to allow them to find an alternative. In case of late withdrawal without legitimate reason, Prolyo reserves the right to reduce the provider's visibility.

Commission: the Prolyo commission is only due if the service is actually performed. In case of cancellation before performance, no commission is charged; any commission already collected is refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

No-show, delay or non-performance: in case of no-show, a delay of more than 30 minutes or non-performance, the dispute must be settled directly between the parties. Prolyo may, upon report, suspend the account of the offending party. Force majeure cases (weather, illness, administrative constraint) exempt from liability, provided the other party is informed without delay.

The commission is paid via Base44 Payments, a regulated payment services provider.

Security: transactions are encrypted (TLS) and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Bank details never transit through Prolyo servers.

Fraud prevention: Prolyo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious transaction and to report fraudulent behaviour to the competent authorities.

Refunds: commission refunds follow the cancellation policy. Payment of the service itself (cash or direct transfer to the provider) is outside the platform's control.

In case of disagreement, the parties first endeavour to seek an amicable solution.

Amicable resolution: any dispute must first be notified to the other party. Prolyo provides a review and messaging system to facilitate exchange, without interfering in the contractual relationship.

Mediation: failing agreement, consumers may use a consumer mediation body competent in their country (e.g. a consumer mediator in the EU).

Applicable law: these conditions are governed by the law applicable in the detected jurisdiction (États-Unis), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Competent courts: failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of the user's jurisdiction rule, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

Prolyo processes your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the national laws applicable in your country. We only collect information strictly necessary for the connection: name, email, phone, city and, for groceries, the chosen store.

Purposes: connection, request management, commission billing, provider evaluation.

Legal basis: the performance of the connection contract, consent (notably for non-essential cookies) and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.

Recipients: your data is only accessible to users involved in the request and the platform administrator. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes without consent.

Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary for the processing purpose, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.

Cookies: the platform uses technical cookies necessary for operation. Consent to any non-essential cookies is collected via the dedicated banner.

The trademark, logo and content of Prolyo are protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

User content: the user retains ownership of the information they publish and grants Prolyo a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of connection and display on the platform.

Platform content: the graphic, textual and software elements of Prolyo remain its exclusive property. Any extraction, reuse or infringement is prohibited.

Prolyo may change these conditions at any time to reflect legal or service developments.

Community safety is a priority.

Reporting: any inappropriate behaviour, abuse, fraud, fake review or breach of the Terms may be reported via the dedicated contact link.

Sanctions: Prolyo may, at its discretion, suspend or close an account, remove reviews or block access to the platform in case of breach.

Cooperation with authorities: Prolyo cooperates with the competent authorities upon lawful request or suspicion of unlawful activity.

Prolyo declines all liability regarding the execution of the service.

Prolyo acts solely as a technical intermediary for connection. The contractual relationship is established directly and exclusively between the client and the provider, who are solely responsible for their actions, acts, omissions and obligations.

Clients and providers are responsible for their own behavior, compliance with safety rules, labor legislation and tax and social obligations applicable in their country (VAT, registration, contributions, etc.), as well as the quality and execution of the service.

Prolyo cannot be held liable for any breach, damage, delay, dispute or prejudice resulting from the relationship between the client and the provider. The platform guarantees neither the outcome of the service, nor solvency, nor the identity of the parties beyond the technical checks performed.

By using the platform, each user acknowledges assuming full responsibility for their actions and releases Prolyo from any liability in this regard.
